Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the services of PURE & HEARTY CO. LTD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws in England and Wales.

2. Service Availability

While we strive for 24/7 availability, delivery windows are subject to logistical constraints. Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance for bulk delivery. We reserve the right to refuse service to any location outside our standard delivery radius from SE28.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in GBP (£). Payments for catering events starting from £300 require a 50% deposit. Full payment is due upon delivery unless credit terms have been pre-approved.

4. Liability Limits

The Company is not liable for indirect losses or damages resulting from delivery delays caused by force majeure, including but not limited to extreme weather, industrial action, or civil unrest.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.
